Lorsque nous sommes soumis \u00e0 un stress ( physique, nerveux, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, etc.), notre influx neuro-musculaire est directement affect\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

La kin\u00e9siologie s\u2019appuie sur cette r\u00e9activit\u00e9 de l’influx nerveux d\u00e9celable via le tonus des muscles pour identifier les sources et niveaux de stress de l’organisme.
Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression exerc\u00e9e sur un membre (le plus souvent le bras) permet d’\u00e9valuer la tonicit\u00e9 musculaire en lien avec une probl\u00e9matique. C\u2019est le test musculaire<\/strong>. Si le tonus est perturb\u00e9, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a un stress. Si le tonus n\u2019est pas perturb\u00e9, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a pas de stress. Le test musculaire est la boussole qui va guider le d\u00e9roulement de la s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est aussi par le biais du test musculaire que le praticien identifie la m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage la plus appropri\u00e9e.\u00a0Chaque praticien fonctionnera avec des techniques de d’\u00e9quilibration en fonction de sa \u00ab\u00a0trousse \u00e0 outils\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span>\u00a0Il peut s’agir de mobilisations musculaires, mouvements rythmiques, techniques \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, fleurs de Bach, etc…<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
